The 3-day event took place at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas where over 14,000 retailers, manufacturers and distributors explored innovating new and established brands in the market all whilst seeking new business opportunities.
Our digital platform provided participants access to networking opportunities, content and education in the lead-up and during the event. Our concierge team helped participants engage in the service and fill their diaries and assist them in finding meaningful connections to arrange high-quality meetings.

Delivery of the Gulfood Meetings Programme, the meetings platform that connected exhibitors and buyers at the largest annual food & beverage sourcing event in the world.
In February 2023, Gulfood hosted more than 5,000 brands and 100,000 visitors from 125 countries. Our networking platform was key in helping exhibitors connect with buyers and vice versa ahead of the event to give them the opportunity to fill and manage their schedules efficiently. The Sector team also worked closely with exhibitors to help them identify the right contacts and plan key meetings that have the potential to pave the way for future collaborations.
The full-service project spanned initial planning and setup, identifying key players and targets, delivering dedicated calling campaigns to top tier participants, deploying an online portal solution with new features, program delivery and post-show analysis and reporting
